House A

is arranged in two levels. The first level on the ground floor is organized around a private yard that faces south providing natural light and ventilation to all the rooms. This private internal yard with an olive tree in the center, accommodates the outdoor activities of the house and protects from the north wind when it gets strong. The balcony doors can be widely opened and connect physically and optically the sofa and kitchen area along with the south and east terrace, thereby maximizing the spaces and views. The interior becomes a continuation of the exterior.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the lower level.

There are two bathrooms, the one is for the exclusive use of the master bedroom on the ground floor and the second bathroom is located in the center of the house, between the two levels, serving the 3 other bedrooms.
